Solution

Our team developed an aftermarket solution using an Android app to deliver personalized content directly through the vehicle’s audio system during the test drive.

The solution included several key components:

  • CAN Bus Integration: We monitored the vehicle’s CAN bus, combining data from internal systems with external data sources to establish context and personalize interactions.
  • Digital License Plate: The vehicle was equipped with a digital license plate that displayed a welcome message as customers approached, enhancing the customer experience before even stepping inside.
  • Contextual Audio Interaction: During the test drive, the vehicle communicated personalized messages and information through the audio system, creating a unique and tailored experience.
  • Post-Test Drive Follow-Up: After the drive, customers received a follow-up email with a summary of their test drive, as well as additional calls-to-action and relevant information.
